2 Chainz was acquitted of drug and paraphernalia charges Wednesday stemming from his February arrest.

The Grammy-nominated rapper was arrested on Valentine’s Day when he was on his way to the University of Maryland for a concert. Police authorities pulled him over when they suspected marijuana use in their vehicle. Police arrested Chainz when they found a grinder and small amounts of marijuana in the car.

Chainz’ security guard, Harold Folsome Jr., took responsibility for the accusations. He was one of the three people who gathered items—including the grinder—and packing it into his bag. "Whoever left it in the room, I guess that's who it belonged to," Folsome said during the trial. "When I saw what it was, I knew what I did."

A Easton, MD, judge found 2 Chainz not guilty on both charges.
