Chief Keef Sued By Middle Schooler Over Child Support

Chief Keef is currently incarcerated, but it seems there are more legal troubles coming his way. According to a report by TMZ, Keef allegedly impregnated a girl in middle school and now she is seeking child support.

The girl, who exact age is unclear, filed the petition in Chicago claiming that Keef fathered a baby daughter back in 2011 when he was just 15 years old. The girl currently attends a Chicago middle school.

In Illinois, it is considered a misdemeanor when two people have underage sex. When both parties are between 9 and 17 years old, they commit what is called “criminal sexual abuse.”

Keef is getting sued for an unspecified amount of child support, including health insurance and other medical expenses. If he loses this dispute, punishment for the crime includes one year in jail and a requirement to register as a sex offender for ten years. However, the likely scenario is Keef would have to face a judge if her parents decide to press charges.
