Lil Scrappy Arrested for Probation Violation

After getting his feet wet on reality television, appearing on VH1's Love & Hip-Hop: Atlanta this past summer, reality seems to have once again hit Lil Scrappy as he was arrested early yesterday (October 1) in Atlanta, GA for violating his probation.

According to TMZ, Scrappy, real name Darryl Kevin Richardson II, was taken into custody on the side of the road yesterday for violating his parole and was later booked at the DeKalb County Jail. The 28-year-old rapper is reportedly on probation from a 2008 marijuana conviction, where he was sentenced to five years and ordered to abstain from the possession of alcohol and illegal drugs. Scrappy was also ordered to complete an alcohol/drug education program and 240 hours of community service per reports from TMZ.
