A producer says Game owes him money and he’s suing the Compton rapper for over $100,000 to get it.

According to TMZ, producer Infamous claims that he did work for Game all the time, but when he sent him an instrumental back in 2010, the rapper never notified him that he was going to use it or not.

Infamous, real name Marco Rodriguez, claims he was shocked when the beat wound up on “Skate On,” a song off Game’s mixtape California Republic. Infamous claims that he never got paid for it.

The producer alleges that he sent a letter to Game in April, but that the rapper never responded. Infamous told TMZ that he usually charges between $20,000-$25,000 per song, but that he’s suing Game for damages in excess of $100,000.
