PS4 – Glacier White

Console swag is Sony’s new Glacier White 500 GB PS4 that will be available September 9, 2014 in a $499 bundle that includes Destiny. Also included in the bundle are a matching vertical stand, an Urban Camouflage DualShock 4 controller, and a 30-day voucher to PlayStation Plus. According to Andrew House, president and group CEO of Sony Computer Entertainment, the Destiny bundle is exclusive to Sony.

PlayStation TV

PlayStation TV, originally released only in Japan, is coming to US and Canada this fall for $99. The tiny box will let gamers download select PS Vita games and classic PS one and PSP titles through PlayStation Store, stream select PlayStation 3 games through PlayStation Now, and use the Remote Play function on their PlayStation 4 system to stream their PS4 games over local Wi-Fi. In addition PlayStation TV also offers entertainment content, with movies, TV shows, and music available to buy, rent, or stream from PlayStation Store. Even more enticing is the bundle that will go for $139.99 which includes the PlayStation TV system, DUALSHOCK 3 controller, 8GB memory card and a game voucher for The LEGO Movie Videogame.

InFAMOUS First Light

Developer Sucker Punch announced inFamous: First Light, a standalone piece of content for the PS4 that you can play without the original version of inFAMOUS. In First Light you play as Fetch Walker who is locked up in a prison for super powered humans and is forced to relive tragedies from her past. Unravel her dark secret in Seattle while battling to escape snowy Curdon Cay and seek vengeance against those who wronged her. No price was announced yet, but you should be able to play this sometime in August.

The Order 1886

The Order 1886 looks to be one of the more intriguing games set to hit the market but gamers will have to wait until February 20, 2015 before they’ll get their hands on it. The Order introduces a unique vision of Victorian-Era London and its dark world is captured in the new E3 trailer. Man uses advanced technology to battle a powerful and ancient foe in a world where familiar mythology is reimagined in an alternate history. With the new release date Sony also revealed their Collector’s Editions. The most expensive one will cost you $149, and it comes with a 13-inch 'The Endless Duel' statue, steelbook, art book, blackwater vial pendant, collector's box, stickers, Knight's Arsenal DLC, soundtrack and behind-the-scenes footage. You might find the one that costs $79.99 more to your liking as it will come with a 7-inch 'Galahad Under Fire' statue, steelbook, stickers, Knight's Arsenal DLC, soundtrack and behind-the-scenes footage.

Uncharted 4

Sony has finally lifted the curtain on Naughty Dog’s next game: Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End and from all indications from the E3 trailer (captured directly from a PS4) this looks like it might be Nathan Drake’s last adventure. Whatever Naughty has up their sleeves, I’m sure it will be epic. Uncharted 4: A Thief's End will launch for PlayStation 4 in 2015.

Killzone: Shadow Fall Intercept

An online co-operative expansion for Killzone, dubbed Shadow Fall Intercept, is coming to Playstation 4 on June 24. The Add-on will be free for season pass holders and Sony said the four-player game will let users adopt distinct roles on four new maps. It includes new challenges, trophies, bosses, abilities and bonuses, as well as leader boards. You can check out the official E3 2014 trailer here.

Bloodbourne

Bloodborne is the new title from Hidetaka Miyazaki, the director of both Demon’s Souls and Dark Souls. Bloodbourne will be exclusive to PS4 and from the ominous and foreboding trailer it appears to take place in a Gothic 18th century environment. Gangs of torch-wielding zombies, something that looked like a dragon and hideous canines lurk in the crumbling city streets. And of course lots of blood. If Bloodbourne’s difficulty level is anything close to DarkSouls’, get prepared to see “you died,” splashing across your screen sometime in 2015.

Driveclub

We’ve been hearing about this game since last summer but the oft-delayed Driveclub will finally arrive on the PS4 on October 7, 2014. Touted as a racing game like never before, Driveclub promises to be an authentic and immersive driving experience. You’ll be able to join an existing Club or create your own and team up with up to five other drivers. Team work is the theme here – everything they do helps you and everything you do helps the Club achieve more.
