Virginia retailer, Creme, and super group N.E.R.D have partnered up this season for the upcoming release of a brand new Adidas Hu NMD sneaker. Celebrating the group’s return to their hometown of Virginia Beach, the silhouette takes cues from the band’s signature logo and its No-one Ever Really Dies motto.

Dubbed as the ‘Homecoming” silhouette, the pair of unreleased sneakers features a clean, white upper with an enlarged N.E.R.D logo in red and royal blue. Hits of neon green are added to the outsole and lacing system to provide a bit of a pop. The famous Shepard Fairey brain logo from N.E.R.D is included on the heel tab of both shoes to round out the sneakers' look.

The pair of exclusive kicks will be limited only to those residing in the Virginia area. Releasing in collaboration with N.E.R.D’s headlining performance at this year’s Z104’s Summer Shaggfest, the sneakers are said to to be extremely limited.

Details on the release of this Adidas Originals x N.E.R.D sneaker have yet to be announced by Creme, but with the Summer Shaggfest just days away, expect the Virginia retailer to drop release information in the days to come.

In related N.E.R.D news, the frontman of the brand, Pharrell Williams, recently appeared in Adidas' World Cup ad alongside some of the biggest names in sports and music.
