Ahead of this year's World Cup, Japanese retailer Bape introduces a brand new collection inspired by the sport of soccer. Consisting of several summer-ready tops and a limited edition soccer ball, the collection pays homage not only to the biggest soccer event in the world, but also Bape's historic reign in the world of streetwear.

Named the Bape Football Collection, the latest offering from A Bathing Ape is comprised of four brand new graphic tees and a Bape camo-infused soccer ball. The T-shirts, which are releasing in black and white, will drop in two different styles. The first will feature the iconic Bape logo on the front followed by a soccer ball Bape motif with the year 1993 and words “Ape Shall Never Kill Ape” on the back of the tee. The second style will include an enlarged Bape head in red and blue camo with the wording, “Apes Together Strong 1993-2018” in the middle of the tee.

The highlight product from this release will certainly be the blue and red camouflage soccer ball. Donning the “Apes Together Strong 1993-2018” slogan, along with hits of gold on the Bape branding, the soccer ball is said to be limited quantities and available only while supply lasts.

In other recent Bape news, the brand opened their impressive flagship store in Los Angeles back in February of this year, and also teamed up with Ski Mask The Slump God for their spring lookbook.

The Bape Football Collection will release this Sat., June 9, at select Bape retailers. Check out the entire soccer-inspired collection in the gallery below.
