The Doernbecher Freestyle Program continues to bring the best out of Nike with its one-of-a-kind iterations and bold designs and this year will be no different. Today, the Swoosh presents the brand new collection of Doernbecher Freestyle sneakers. Compromised of six Nike and Jordan Brand kicks, the latest Doernbecher collection includes—an Air More Uptempo, a Nike VaporMax Flyknit, Nike Air Huarache Run Ultra, Air Jordan 12 Retro, a Nike Air Max Thea Ultra Flyknit and a Nike SB Stefan Janoski sneaker.

Designed exclusively by six select patients of the children's hospital—Carissa Navarro, Andrew Merydith, Brody Miller, Amyiah Robinson, Brayden Sparkman and Tyler Hibbard—this year's collection will continue the tradition of Nike and Doernbecher Hospital’s message, and that is telling the life story of young hospital patients through each individual footwear silhouette while raising awareness for their respective diagnoses. Limited in quantities, the sales from each sneaker style from Doernbecher's collection will be donated to the OHSU Doernbecher Children’s Hospital.

The 2017 Nike Doernbecher Freestyle collection will be available starting Sat., Nov. 18 at select Nike retailers and accounts as well as nike.com. Releasing in adult and kids sizes, the pricing for each shoe will be unveiled by Nike within the days to come, so make sure to check back with XXL for pricing and more release details.
