After officially unveiling their long-awaited collaboration with Off-White's Virgil Abhol, today sportswear brand Nike is back at it again with a new preview of their latest collab with British-Nigerian rapper Skepta.

For their partnership, the Swoosh and the Konnichiwa artist remade one of Skepta's favorite Nike silhouettes—the Air Max 97. Inspired by Skepta's love for the Air Max sneaker and his second hometown of Morocco, the Swoosh creates a colorful and appealing shoe for the Boy Wonder. Detailing the shoe's upper with an iridescent and polyurethane-coated canvas, the pair of sneakers includes hits of rose gold on the leather portion of the shoes while the cooper color way will complement the mesh material featured on the side panels. To round out this collaborative sneaker, Nike adds a SK logo in the shape of a British plug to the insoles of each shoe to represent for the grime rapper.

The collaboration between Skepta and Nike on the Air Max 97 is scheduled to release worldwide on Sat., Sept. 2, at select Nike retailers and accounts. Look for Nike to release pricing info and more details on this shoe within the days to come.
