DJ Khaled Thinks the Pink Don C Air Jordan 2 Sneaker Will Only Release in Kids’ Sizes

Back in February, DJ Khaled broke the internet when he sported a never-before-seen pair of the Don C and Air Jordan 2s collaboration for his album press conference in Los Angeles. Since then, many sneakerheads have tried their best to find details on the unreleased pair, but had no luck. However, thanks to Jordan Brand’s new lifestyle blog, the site was able to chop it up with the popular Miami DJ and find out some new information on this possible release.

In the Jordan Brand interview, DJ Khaled shares stories behind his favorite Air Jordan sneakers and breaks down his own personal style. Shortly after speaking about his fashion sense, Khaled is asked about the unreleased pink Don C and Air Jordan 2 collaboration sneakers and how he got his hands on them.

“I remember calling Reggie [Saunders], I was like, 'Yo Reggie, I'ma wear a pink suit at the Beverly Hills Hotel for my press conference. Do you have any pink J’s?,” explained Khaled.

Sharing more details on the unreleased collaboration, Khaled says, "That morning, I was surprised with some pink ‘Don C’s’. I didn’t know that they only making these for kids. It makes the shoe 10 times more exclusive even though they’re already exclusive. They’re pink ‘Don C’s’. I haven’t seen them. I haven’t even seen Don C with them. I got a chance to wear them and it was a big day for me, and I’m grateful for y’all sending me that pair.”

According to Khaled, the pair of Don C's he wore back in February will only release in kids' sizes, making his pair super exclusive. While details behind this release remain a mystery, it's still unknown whether or not the pink Don C Air Jordan 2s will in fact only drop for kids.
