The 2016-17 NBA season is just days away from tip-off and with the start of the season comes the new footwear releases for a lot of the biggest names in the league. Getting a head start with the unveiling of new signature player silhouette is Under Armour as they unveil today the latest basketball sneaker from Stephen Curry.

Seen on the feet of Curry during a few of Golden State's pre-season games, the Curry 3 the latest silhouette from the from his signature line with Under Armour. The first colorway introduced of this model is inspired by the colorways of the Warriors uniform. Featuring new advanced technology dubbed Threadborne, the sneakers canvas is constructed of woven material. The sneaker is then highlighted by a Meta-Wing on the heel for ankle support and a Anafoam and Charged Cushioning for lightweight comfort.

The first iteration of the Curry 3 is called the “Dub Nation Heritage” model and will be available at select Under Armour retailers starting Thursday, Oct. 27. Look for the shoe to retail at a suggested price of $140.
