It's like Savemoney is a factory. Vic Mensa, Joey Purp and Brian Fresco all had a big year so far in 2016. Now another member is gearing up for his run. KAMI delivers a passionate new single titled "Foundation." The Chicago MC's aggression bleeds through the new single as he raps about the music industry, Savemoney and so much more.

Over soulful production by Knox Fortune, KAMI shines. "We are, the foundation/The ground work/The new slaves/The new church," he raps on the hook. KAMI explained in an interview that the song is about camaraderie: "This song really just acknowledges the idea that nothing was built without a conversation of 'we' or 'us.'"

"Foundation" follows up his first single "Home Movies," which was more pop-focused than hip-hop. Both tracks are from his as-yet-titled upcoming album.
