Although it's been a few years since Juelz Santana released his last solo album, What the Game's Been Missing!, back in 2005, the Harlem MC is again ready to make his mark. Already blowing up the airwaves with "Pop Champagne" alongside Jim Jones and Ron Browz, Juelz was preparing to make his return to a TV screen near you yesterday(12/02) as he shot the video for Skull Gang's "Body Like a Maserati."

"This is something that's coming out of my pocket just to support and promote the Skull Gang movement we got going on," Santana told XXLMag.com. "We bout to really take over. We put out the mixtape, The Takeover, and this is one of the records off of that."

Dame Dash and Freeky Zeeky were also on hand for the shoot. Santana said he plans on financing more SG videos.

"We doing a video for all the records on the mixtape," Santana revealed. "My man Scenario is directing this, and he's actually shooting my whole DVD. It's coming together beautifully." Despite no official release date for the DVD or his next album, Juelz promised that there's more music on the way. "Look for a Skull Gang album," he continued, "and also Juelz Santana, Born to Lose, Built to Win. That's supposed to drop at the top of next year. I just feel like, as long as [the fans] see me, I'm giving them what I feel like they deserve. Not just an album. After me being away for so long, I want to show them what I've been up to." -Adam Fleischer
