If Kanye West really does run for president in the 2020 election, he can count on Ice Cube to support him. The Straight Outta Compton director said he'll  support 'Ye while speaking with Daily Mail.

"I'm voting for Kanye," said Cube. "Who is better than Kanye that would run?" If West were to run and successfully win the election, the former N.W.A rapper says he has no problems with Kim Kardashian as the First Lady, "If that's what it is, that's what it is. No matter who is the president, you got to all get up and go to work in the morning." 'Ye announced his plans to run for president during his Video Vanguard Award acceptance speech at the 2015 Video Music Awards. Everyone seemed to be on board with the plan, including 2016 Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump.

When asked if he would serve as the country's VP, Cube laughed, adding that politics just isn't his thing. "You know, I'm into helping my people get over the hump. I don't have time to help everybody. We got a lot of work to do." During the conversation, Cube also touched on N.W.A's former manager Jerry Heller and Suge Knight's allegations that the group's biopic doesn't accurately portray their roles in N.WA's career. According to Cube, everything used in Straight Outta Compton was factual and he's not worried about what the two have to say. Check out that clip below and listen to ICe's support for Kanye above.
