The official Grammy nominations for the 53rd annual awards ceremony are in and as expected, Eminem leads the pack with ten nods.

The Detroit lyricist is up for honors in nine categories including “Album of the Year” and “Rap Album of the Year” for his latest disc Recovery, as well as “Song of the Year” and “Record of the Year” for “Love The Way You Lie,” his hit collaboration with Rihanna. The chart-topping single was also named in the “Best Rap/Sung Collaboration” and “Best Rap Song” category, along with Recovery’s lead single, “Not Afraid,” which also picked up a nod for "Best Rap Solo Performance." Em was also honored for his verse on B.o.B’s crossover song with Hayley Williams of Paramore, “Airplanes II,” for “Best Pop Collaboration With Vocals.

Jay-Z and Bobby Ray also picked up an impressive tally of nominations. The Brooklyn-bred rap legend scored five nods including "Rap Album of the Year" for The Blueprint 3 and "Record of the Year," "Best Rap Song Collaboration" and "Best Rap Song" for the Alicia Keys-assisted “Empire State of Mind.” Hov’s duet with Swizz Beatz “On to the Next One” picked up two nods for "Best Rap Collaboration For a Duo or Group" and "Best Rap Song." In addition to his nod for "Best Pop Collaboration With Vocals" for “Airplanes II,” Bob earned nods for "Best Rap Album" for his debut The Adventures of Bobby Ray. His radio smash “Nothin' on You” picked up three nominations for “Record of the Year,” “Best Rap Song” and “Best Rap/Sung Collaboration”

Trailing behind the ATLien was Drake with honors in four categories including "Best New Artist," "Best Rap Album" for Thank Me Later, "Best Rap Solo Performance" for “Over” and "Best Rap Performance by a Duo or Group" for “Fancy.”
