The day has finally come. Drake fans are currently lined up in droves at the Union Square Best Buy in New York City to thank the man in person on the official release day of his highly-anticipated debut album, Thank Me Later.

Drizzy is scheduled to meet with listeners and sign copies of the disc at the location today (June 15) at 2 p.m. EST. But that’s not the only event the Young Money star has planned for today. Six hours later at 8 p.m. he will also give a free performance at the South Street Seaport. Sponsored by Ray-Ban and Paper Magazine, the show will take place at the Pier 17 stage.

Last night Drake also held a private listening of TML at high-end sneaker store, Alife, on the Lower East Side. Not content in just playing his record, the Toronto-native  picked up the mic to rap along to some of his new tracks as well as old favorites like "Ignorant Shit" and "Forever."
