After killing 2014, DJ Mustard has kept quiet for most of the new year with only a short-live beef with frequent collaborator YG of note. While prepping for another run at the instrumental crown this year, the Cali producer has however been sharpening his sword with a few remixes. Last week, he flipped Beyoncé's popular "7/11" single. Today, he returns with a redo of Ty Dolla $ign's Diplo and DJ Dahi-produced single "Stand For." The OG track already had some bounce, but Mustard comes through with some extra mojo adding some more of his signature keys and synths making the new track an official club banger.

The first version of the song is the lead single off the LA crooner’s forthcoming debut LP, Free TC. Dolla $ign has been keeping busy lately. Along with working on his debut project, he recently worked with Kanye West on his upcoming album, providing vocals on the track "Only One."

Now that Mustard and YG are back cool after settling their differences with a fist fight, expect more music from the dynamic duo in 2015. Will Mustard be able to keep up the rapid pace of Billboard charting bangers like he did last year? That would be an impressive feat considering how he dominated the music scene in 2014.
