Blu, Madlib and MED “Get Money” in New Video With Frank Nitty

Blu has been keeping busy with collaborations in 2016. The Los Angeles rapper linked up with Nottz for the Titan in the Flesh EP. He also teamed up with Paris-based production team Union Analogtronics for an album called Cheetah in the City. But for his latest music video, Blu is taking it back to his 2015 album Bad Neighbor with Madlib and MED.

The trio revisits their LP to provide some visuals for the standout cut "Get Money" featuring Detroit's Frank Nitty. MED, Blu and Frank display their different hustles while kicking some incredible rhymes along the way.

"That's talking cake, ma/Plus more weight, if you talking bass/Ocean lakes, fireplace if we talking space/And by the way I admire taste/Like how all them different fine wines taste/By the way, you's a fine lady, I would dine daily/Miss Daisy, you can drive me out of my mind crazy/The Mercedes a Coupe/Mercy, I gotta recoup/You break my heart in five heart beats, I gotta regroup/Till my dollars dog pounds, I gotta be snooping/And if they lock down the blocks/We go to courts and shoot for the loop," Blu raps on the second verse.

If you have not heard the Bad Neighbor LP, it's time to change that. The project is available now on iTunes and features guest appearances by Anderson .Paak, MF DOOM, Aloe Blacc, Mayer Hawthorne and Oh No among others. Madlib is also planning to release an an instrumental version of the album that includes three new beats, so look out for that in 2017.
