One of hip-hop's most consistent, but underrated rapper/producers will be dropping yet another album later this year. The said producer is Detroit's Black Milk.

"Scum" hints that If There's A Hell Below will also swing in the darker direction that No Poison No Paradise took (although the album title should've been enough of a hint). The new song features Guilty Simpson and Sean Price spitting their trademark, heavy-fisted rhymes over production that switches from chamber chanting, to a staccato drum breakdown to blaring distortion.

If There's A Hell Below drop on Oct. 28.
