Beanie Sigel is once again out for blood on his latest Meek Mill diss track, "Goodnight." Unlike his first Meek diss, "I'm Coming," "Goodnight" sees Beans recalling the poverty of his younger days and the reasons he had to resort to crime before he begins tearing into Meek a minute-and-a-half into the song. You can check out the new diss for yourself up top.

If you listened to Beanie Sigel's relatively recent appearance on the Tax Season podcast, you probably could have guessed his talking points on "Goodnight." Beanie says he's Philadelphia's first rap champion, and his one-time friend needs to recognize his place in rap history. On the track Beans raps, "Put that beam on your back/Me, the reason beaver leaned on the Ac/Me, the reason Philly even on the map/Me, the reason your silly ass rap."

Beans continues asserting his OG status over Meek Mill while ripping into the MMG rapper's street cred. "And I tried to give you some game that Jay gave me ... to make the transition from the street to the fame/You got a lil' fame and tried to add street to your name." Beanie is pulling no punches, and if you're familiar with his legendary rap battles with Jadakiss and Styles P, you shouldn't be surprised. What everyone is surprised by is the fact that Meek and Beanie, two Philly legends, are beefing with each other at all.

The problems all started when Beans appeared on Meek's diss song directed at The Game. From there, Game threw some shade at Beanie on a diss track, and shortly afterwards, Beanie and Game squashed whatever feud they had with each other through a phone call. From there, one of Meek Mill's friends jumped the State Property rapper before he was set to take the stage at the Bad Boy Reunion tour two weeks ago. Afterwards, Beans called out Meek's alleged antics during an appearance on the Tax Stone podcast. And now, Beans has dropped two Meek Mill diss songs. Needless to say, it's been an eventful last two weeks for Philly rap.
