Jadakiss Says He Is Halfway Done Recording New LP, Reveals Lox Album Title

Jadakiss is busy putting in work on his next upcoming LP and the oft-delayed The Lox project. During an interview with Montreality via Hip-HopDX, he revealed that his album is nearing completion with about half of the songs already recorded. Top 5 Dead or Alive is looking at a first quarter release in 2013.

"It's coming baby, first quarter. Anywhere, February, March, April... You know, somewhere around there where it feels right," Jada said. "It's halfway finished now. When I finish this tour, I'll go home and finish the rest of it and then we strategize the marketing plan and get that thing out to the people."

The interview also touched on the new Lox album, which is actually titled We Are the Streets 2 and not the previously rumored name, New L.O.X. Order. He says that the group will plan on dropping the project in 2013. "Hopefully, [next] year sometime," he said. "We probably got like six or seven songs done for that as well."
