A$AP Rocky Reportedly Sued for Assault

A$AP Rocky is being sued by an alleged victim for assault stemming from an incident in July.

According to TMZ, the person claims that he beat him in a clothing store in New York while under the influence of illegal drugs. If you remember, A$AP was arrested for a fight between two photographers who were filming him engaging in another altercation with someone else.

The person who was being filmed—real name Shenick Alcine—has filed a lawsuit saying he saw the Harlem rapper use drugs in the store. He then claims that Rocky threw some punches at him, before redirecting his attention to the photographers.

It has been reported that Rocky struck a plea deal in the criminal case, pleading guilty to attempted grand larceny. The assault and robbery charges were dropped.
