Meek Mill earned the number 2 spot on Billboard's Top 200 album chart Wednesday (November 7), after selling 165,000 copies of his debut album, Dreams and Nightmares, according to SoundScan. The tally was impressive for the Philadelphia rapper, considering his main base, the East Coast, endured Hurricane Sandy and its aftermath. Last week, fellow 2011 XXL Freshman alum, Kendrick Lamar, debuted at number 2; this week, the Compton rapper holds the number 5 position.
