Soulja Boy Gets Sued Over Car Crash and Defamation

Soulja Boy was involved in a car accident, in which his Bentley collided with a Chevrolet in Los Angeles earlier this summer. In the wake of the crash, the other car's driver, Bobbiye Sullinger and its passenger, Herman Flowers, filed a joint suit against Soulja last Friday, which demands retribution for physical, financial, and emotional damages that have caused them during the June 23rd incident. According to TMZ, Soulja Boy initially denied driving the vehicle during the time of the incident, but later rebuffed his claim, admitting he was actually driving the car.

Soulja Boy took to TMZ and responded to the suit, calling both Sullinger and Flowers racists. This didn't sit too well with the supposed victims, as they're buffing up their suit, with Sullinger claiming Soulja Boy's video has negatively affected her career and reputation.

As of press time, neither Bobbiye Sullinger nor Herman Flowers have specified the amount they're seeking from Soulja Boy. —Jaeki Cho (@JaekiCho)
