R. Kelly Owes Another $1 Million in Taxes

R. Kelly's tax troubles have just gotten worse. According to TMZ, the Chicago singer reportedly owes $1,379,695.11 to the IRS for unpaid taxes in 2011. This comes roughly three months after news surfaced that Kellz owed $4,848,072.71 in unpaid taxes from 2005-2010. In all, the Pied Piper of R&B is indebted to Uncle Sam for $6,227,767.82.

A spokesperson for Kelly told TMZ, "He takes this very seriously and is already communicating with the IRS about the payment process to quickly resolve the issue." Stay tuned as this story develops. —Carl Chery (@cchery)
