Just when it was reported last week that a home video of Kanye West and an 18-year-old Kim Kardashian look-a-like had been stolen, it's now being reported that there's actually two tapes featuring the superstar rapper and producer.

According to TMZ , Kanye's second alleged home video is said to be "nearly identical" to the previously reported tape, being timed at more than 40 minutes. The two tapes are currently being shopped to the highest bidder, forcing Kanye's legal team to take serious legal actions. His lawyer Lisa M. Buckley of Pryor Cashman released a statement this past weekend to allhiphop.com stating, "Be advised that the Screen Shot, as well as the Tape from which the Screen Shot was taken, were illegally obtained and believed to have been stolen from Mr. West’s computer," she wrote. “Your posting, advertising, marketing, displaying and otherwise disseminating the stolen Screen Shot and/or other materials on the Tape constitute actionable violations of Mr. West’s rights of privacy and publicity.”

“We hereby demand that you: (1) immediately cease and desist from posting, advertising, marketing, displaying and disseminating the illegally obtained Screen Shot of Mr. West,” demands the notice.

As of press time there's been no word on the matter from Kanye himself. An inquiry to Ye's lawyer by XXL hasn't been answered. Stay tuned to XXLMag.com for more updates.—Ralph Bristout (@XXLRalph)
