Childish Gambino Developing Sitcom for NBC

Childish Gambino, known to the mainstream world by his real name, Donald Glover, has been praised for his many skills. In addition to his skills on the mic, he's a comedian, actor and writer. Now the Georgia-bred talent is working on a sitcom for NBC.

Glover already stars in an NBC show, Community, and has experience as a writer on another or their established comedy franchises, 30 Rock. TV Guide is reporting that he is now teaming up with 30 Rock co-executive producer Matt Hubbard to develop a sitcom loosely based on his own life.

No word yet on when fans can expect the show, but the new season of Community is set to debut on October 19, and Gambino's Royalty mixtape is available now.
