YG’s Phoenix Concert Turns Into Bottle-Throwing Melee Against Fans

A YG concert in Phoenix last Friday night (August 10) got ugly in a hurry, when the rapper’s crew and several members of the audience began throwing what appeared to be bottles at each other.

“It was stuff flying everywhere,” spectator Keith Dubose told CBS 5 in Phoenix. “He did a couple of songs, but pretty much the entire time people were taunting him. One thing led to another and it just got really crazy.”

The video below shows the crowd and YG’s crew going back and forth for a good five minutes.

"He should have handled it better,” said fellow rapper, T-Rex, who opened the show. “The security should have been on top of it.  They should have been over there immediately and just escorted that group of people out.”—XXL Staff (@XXL)
