A Brooklyn man has filed a lawsuit against Drake and Chris browning, joining NBA player Tony Parker and two models who has sought legal action against the rapper and R&B singer in the wake of their club brawl at New York night spot W.i.P.

According to the New York Post, Howard Clement, 30, slapped the two stars with a suit, although financial implications were not available as of press time. It is also unclear at this time if Clement, a student who was partying at W.i.P in June when a fight between Drake and Brown broke out, is seeking damages against the club.
