Two women, who claimed they were injured in the infamous Chris Brown/Drake brawl, have officially sued the New York City nightclub in which the June 14th melee occurred.

In the lawsuit obtained by TMZ, Nadia Beddini and Lucy Pavlovsky each claim that they suffered permanent injuries as a result of the wild bottle-throwing fray at W.i.P. nightclub last month. In addition, they’re also suing the bottle-throwers themselves, although the culprits aren’t currently named in the suit.

TMZ had obtained photos of Pavlovsky the day after the fracas and they do show significant cuts to her arm, ones that need stitches to suture. The celebrity news website adds that both women are claiming that they suffered injuries to their head, face, neck and body.

The women add that the club didn’t properly train its bouncers to handle that kind of frenzied, volatile situation.

The news comes after last week’s announcement that the New York State Liquor Authority suspended the sale of alcohol at W.i.P. The nightclub was already shut down indefinitely on June 16, a couple of days removed from the brawl.

“The SLA will not tolerate violent bars that break the law,” stated Denis Rosen, Chairman of the SLA, which took finally took action against the nightclub after a string of violent incidents in recent months, as reported by the New York Daily News.
