Jay-Z will now be performing eight shows to celebrate the launch of the $1 billion Barclays Center—home of the Brooklyn Nets, a team that Hov helped relocate from New Jersey to BK and is a minority owner of—from late September into early October.

Jigga will perform at the new home of the Nets from September 28-30 and then October 1, 3, 4, 5 and 6. Roc Nation added on the October 1st, 5th, and 6th concert dates on Thursday (July 12).

What’s best for fans is that, Jay will be pricing for than $7,000 tickets under $30 for each of the shows. Tickets for Hov’s Barclays Center shows go on sale on the Center’s website and Ticketmaster today (July 13).

The rap mogul has been more than hands on with his team.

In late April, the Nets unveiled a new black-and-white team logo that ESPN reported that Hov played an instrumental role in designing.

“The Brooklyn Nets logos are another step we’ve made to usher the organization into a new era,” Jay-Z said in a statement received by ESPN. “The boldness of the designs demonstrate the confidence we have in our new direction. Along with our move to Brooklyn and a state-of-the-art arena, the new colors and logos are examples of our commitment to update and refine all aspects of the team.”
