Jay Electronica’s Album to Feature Jay-Z, Kanye West and Diddy

It’s real and it’s going to happen. It just doesn’t have a release date just yet.

Over the weekend, Jay Electronica took to his Twitter to reveal a tracklist of his highly-anticipated album, Act 2: Patents of Nobility.

The LP will feature the rap heavyweight likes of Kanye West (“New Illuminati” and “Rough Love”), Jay-Z (“Dinner at Tiffany’s and “Road to Perdition”) and Diddy (“Welcome to Knightsbridge”). It will also feature The-Dream and Erykah Badu, the mother of Electronica’s daughter.

Despite revealing the tracklist, Electronica didn’t give fans a confirmed release date just yet.

He did, however, take the time to rep for Roc Nation, the imprint he’s signed to, and the label’s boss Jay-Z.

“id like to take this opportunity to thank Hov for being one of the most patient label heads in the history of label heads. #RocLaFamilia,” Electronica tweeted Saturday (July 28). “i have the best fans in the world. Thank you all. #ExtraterrestrialBeings.”

All this bodes as great news for fans yearning to hear the highly-lyrical MC’s Roc Nation debut.

Back in March, Jay Elec let fans know that his album was nearing completion.

“Dear Believers and Patient Supporters,” Jay Elec tweeted, addressing his fans. “Thank you for your patience and support. The Album will be turned in Tomorrow evening. The wait ends. Over the next day or so, i will write an open letter via my tumblr (EyeOfElectronica.com) to those who have waited patiently on me. Love.”
