Like many, Cash Out watched LeBron James and the Miami Heat clinch the NBA championship last Thursday night (June 21). What the Atlanta rapper didn’t expect to see was a viral clip of King James rapping along to his hit single, “Cashin’ Out,” as part of the Heat’s celebration at Miami’s LIV Night Club.

“He knew the words, man!” a geeked Cash Out told XXLMag.com. “It’s a blessing for people to recite the words to your song. He was celebrating and rapping at the same time. It’s a blessing…for him to acknowledge my song. I’m definitely a fan of the Heat.”

And how does Ca$h Out rate James’ performance of his smash single?

“From one to 10, I give him a 10, man,” the rapper added about the NBA superstar, who also rapped along to 2 Chainz' "Riot" earlier that night as well. “I give King James an ‘A’ just because he won the championship. He was feeling good…probably one of the best feelings in his life. He’s a champ. I won some money on the Heat.”

Cashin’ Out currently sits atop Billboard’s Rap Songs chart and remains one of the most purchased on iTunes. Last month, the 21-year-old MC told XXLMag.com that as big as “Cashin’ Out” is that his next single will be even bigger.

“It’s a record you can relate to for people that’s always hatin’ on you and want to take your spot,” he told XXLMag.com. “Mr. [L.A.] Reid, actually, that’s the song he loved when I went in his office and performed it. So why not let it be the second single? It’s crazy. It’s something that everybody can relate to. When it drop, you gonna be like, ‘I can relate to this.’ It’s definitely gonna top ‘Cashin' Out.’”

Who knows? Maybe Ca$h Out can tab LeBron to be in his next video.—Mark Lelinwalla
