Kanye West, with the help of DJ Khaled, was able to knock hip-hop on its back with the release of his banger, “Way Too Cold” (originally titled “Theraflu”) two weeks back.

Khaled promises that rap fans feeling that record will definitely love their next collaborative track.

"Me and Kanye West went back in the lab and we made another record and got some features on there too," Khaled assured fans via an interview with MTV. "I can't really talk about it, so expect another monstrous earthquake to hit the streets."

Whether the said record will pack the same punch as “Way Too Cold” or his G.O.O.D. Music family’s heater, “Mercy,” remains to be seen, however. On “Way Too Cold” alone, Kanye managed to tell the world that he fell in love with Kim Kardashian, has respect for rapper Wiz Khalifa (the boyfriend of his ex-girl Amber Rose) and doesn’t give a damn about animal rights group PETA.

Yeezy’s line, “Tell PETA my mink is draggin’ on the floor,” sparked a sharp reaction from the animal rights group upon the record’s April 4 release.

"What's draggin' on the floor is Kanye's reputation as a man with no empathy for animals or human beings," PETA's Senior Vice President Dan Mathews said in a statement sent to XXL. "He's a great musician, but doesn't seem to have the fashion sense to design anything more than caveman costumes."

In addition to setting the net on fire with “Way Too Cold” and “Mercy,” Kanye West was seen shooting a film in the Middle East alongside fellow-rapper Kid Cudi.—Jakinder Singh
