Lil Wayne Producer Bangladesh Signs Deal With Cash Money

Producer Bangladesh has resolved his issues with Cash Money. Now, along with continuing to supply the YMCMB camp with bangers, he has signed a song deal with the house that Baby built.

"They gave me a song deal, basically, first song deal I ever had, so shouts out to Cash Money,” Bangladesh told MTV News.

The producer supplied Lil Wayne with his 2008 smash hit “A Milli” and made headlines when he claimed that he was not compensated for producing the track that helped Tha Carter III sell a million in it’s first week.

This didn't stop Bangladesh from landing production credit on another Weezy track as he was behind the Carter IV’s lead single “6 foot, 7 foot.”

He, however, claimed he did not receive any cash money for that track either.

"I f--- with Wayne, man; I had the opportunity to give him more music," Bangladesh told MTV News in April of 2011. "It's just hard to do. It's just hard to keep working for free."

He admitted to not charging an upfront fee for the song and instead of getting paid he worked out a deal to get a Wayne feature on his own debut album, which has yet to be released.

It looks like this is all behind the two camps and YMCMB is just too much of a powerhouse for the producer to have beef with. "Everybody respects each other, and real recognizes real," he said. "At the end of the day, the work is solid, so everybody wants to be in business with each other."—Nicholas Sella @NickSella
