If nothing else made it real, Jay-Z made the birth of his daughter, Blue Ivy Carter, official when he released the song "Glory" today (January 9) on his website, Life and Times. The track, which seems to feature the newborn baby girl letting out her first cries at the end, comes two days after XXLMag.com reported he and Bey gave birth to their first born.

"The most amazing feeling I feel, words can't describe the feeling for real/baby I'll paint the sky Blue, my greatest creation is you," Hov kicks the song off with. Jay also gives details of their creation, including where the child was conceived (in Paris) and even suggesting that Bey once suffered a miscarriage, which scared the couple about this pregnancy as well.

"Last time the miscarriage was so tragic/We was afraid you'd disappear/But nah baby you magic," he raps.

"You're a child of destiny... your my child with the child from Destiny's child, that's a hell of recipe!" he proclaims at another point on the track.

Celebs close to the couple have tweeted congrats. “Welcome to the world princess Carter!” Rihanna tweeted. “Love Aunty Rih.” Russell Simmons also tweeted, “congrats to my good friends Beyonce and Jay-Z,” while Diddy posted, ”Congrats to Jay and B! God Bless. :) ! And many more!” —Gina Montana
