After being indicted on gun and obstruction charges in May, New Orleans’ 4WWL reports that B.G. plead guilty on gun charges before a Louisiana U.S. District Court.
The Hot Boys member admitted on two occasions, including via a Youtube video, to possess guns despite being a three-time convicted felon. He also plead guilty to obstruction of justice for trying to get an associate to claim ownership of the guns. B.G. will remain behind bars until his sentencing in March.
In 2009, the rapper along with two other men were arrested for possession of three firearms and then accused of witness tampering. He faces up to 40 years in prison.—Gina Montana
