The Rock the Bells festival will be making its New York stop at Governor’s Island this Saturday, September 3 and XXLmag.com has two pairs of tickets to giveaway.

The first two readers to email XXL@harris-pub.com with their full name (first and last) as well as the answer to the following trivia question will win. Nas will be performing in-full his classic debut album, Illmatic, during this year’s show. While the standout cut “Halftime” was included on the LP, on what album did fans first hear the song?

Please write “Rock the Bells Contest” in the subject line of the email and do not enter the contest if you will not be in the New York area this weekend. XXL will notify the winners.

God’s Son is just one of the acts performing his seminal album in its entirety at this year’s RTB. Ms. Lauryn Hill will recite her Grammy-winning solo debut, The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill, in its entirety. Cypress Hill will run down Black Sunday, Mos Def and Talib Kweli will rock out to their Black Star album, Common will perform Be, and Mobb Deep will resuscitate their landmark sophomore effort, The Infamous.

Wu-Tang Clan will also be well-represented, with Raekwon and Ghostface bringing Only Built 4 Cuban Linx back to the stage, GZA handling Liquid Swords, and Masta Killah performing No Said Date.

Other acts include Immortal Technique, Slaughterhouse, Souls of Mischief, Black Moon, Childish Gambino, Blu & Exile, Fashawn, Freddie Gibbs and Roc Marciano.

It doesn't get more hip-hop than this.

Good luck! —XXL Staff
