Building off their involvement at this year’s Rock the Bells Festival, Mos Def and Talib Kweli will continue to tour, performing their classic 1998 collaborative album, Mos Def and Talib Kweli Are Black Star throughout the country.

Kicking off on Wednesday, September 21 at St. Andrews in Detroit, MI, the Brooklyn lyricists will then make stops in Chicago, Atlanta, New York City, Los Angeles, Las Vegas, and Cincinati, among other cities, before wrapping up at the Egyptian Room in Indianapolis, IN. During the three-month trek, the sixth season of hit Showtime series, Dexter, is set to come back to cable, which, as previously reported, will feature Mos. Scheduled to premiere on October 2, the new season finds the rapper/actor playing a hardened ex-con that struggle with his violent past.
