Drake to Make Saturday Night Live Debut Next Month

Drake will be making his very first appearance on Saturday Night Live on October 15.

According to a press release from by NBC, Drizzy will be actress Anna Faris’ musical guest on the show. The date comes a little over a week before the October 24 release of the Young Money star’s highly anticipated sophomore album, Take Care.

The Toronoto native recently unveiled the cover art for the LP on his Web site. Under the image, Drake posted a message to fans:

“Feels like it's been so long,” he wrote. “Is life moving so fast in this generation that when we desire something it begins to move in slow motion? Are we just used to getting what we want right away? Or do we require one another to feel right about all that is going on around us? Maybe our anticipation is justified by the fact that we genuinely cannot wait to share a moment again? Either way, your life and mine are scheduled to meet on October 24...I wouldn't miss it for the world. See you soon, Drake.”
