Chicago rap duo, L.E.P. Bogus Boys are currently gearing up to independently release their Now or Neva EP this August on their own label InfaRed Music Group, and have pulled in a handful of heavyhitters for the disc.

Rick Ross, Gucci Mane, and producers J.U.S.T.I.C.E. League, Tha Bizness, Hit-Boy, Chase N. Cashe, and others have all clocked in studio time with Count and Moonie for the project.

Last time XXL spoke with the Bogus Boys, they were turning down major labels like Warner and Sony to focus more on having creative control of their music. “Before we decide we’re going to jump in another deal we want to make sure we do everything we can and see if we can go nationally with it, and see if a label can even do what we need to do,” Count told XXLMag.com last January. “If not we’ll just keep doing us.”

To promote Now or Neva, L.E.P. will kick off a mini national tour July 29 in Louisville, Kentucky ending with a tour-closing listening party at The New Era Cap Company in Atlanta, Georgia on August 7th. [See below for a full list of tour dates]. —Rachelle Jean-Louis
