Mister Cee Arrest Details Revealed

The Smoking Gun has obtained the police report filed in the Mister Cee arrest from last week, and the fellatio rumors have been confirmed.

According to the criminal complaint filed by Officer Lindsay Agard , the longstanding Hot 97 DJ and associate of Big Daddy Kane and The Notorious B.I.G., was caught with his “exposed, naked and erect penis” in the mouth of a man by the name of Lawrence Campbell in a parked car at 4 a.m. (not 4 p.m. as originally reported) last Wednesday (March 30) two blocks away from the Holland Tunnel on Manhattan’s West Side. Campbell, who goes by the moniker Brookle-Lynne Pinklady on his Facebook page, was found with his “mouth and lips in an up-and-down motion consistent with oral sex.” [Read the police report here]

Cee started a Twitter account yesterday to deny the claims. “Time to get this shit cleared up so make it quick cause i aint feeling this Twitter shit NYPD has a detective squad after all Rappers & DJ'S,” he wrote.

Lawyers for the DJ, who goes by the nickname, The Finisher, have yet to respond to calls for comment.

As previously reported, Cee was charged with public lewdness and exposure. He is scheduled to appear in court on June 1.

According to New York's Daily News, the "Throwback at Noon" Hot 97 staple was busted on two separate occasions, last October and November, for loitering for the purpose of prostitution.
