Flavor Flav's short-lived fried chicken restaurant in Clinton, Iowa has already shut its doors.

According to The Baltimore Sun, Flav's Fried Chicken closed, after just four months, because of a falling out between the Public Enemy hype man and his business partner, Nicki Cimino.

“I gave [Cimino] permission to take my name and my license to operate a business," the hip-hop vet told The Sun. "I have to do whatever is possible for me to save my name and that's to shut the business down because Nick Cimino isn't running the business right." This came after news that former employees complained they were not getting paid.

However, according to Cimino, Flav stole his idea. "I started this,” Cimino said. “I put together everything from the menu to the color of the building to the sign. I did everything. What Flav's doing, he's a fraud. He doesn't want to be hurt with the other ventures he's doing and he wants to become a millionaire off my dime, off my ideas."

FF  is already working on his next venture—a place in Las Vegas called "Flavor Flav's House of Flavor." It would be an entertainment venue and may also include Flav's Fried Chicken. —Nicole LoPresti
