XXLMag.com recently caught up Wiz Khalifa to get his thoughts on XXL’s 11 for ’11 Freshmen.

The Freshman alum was eager about this year’s class. “It’s a lot of young talent,” Wiz said. “A lot of new kids who really got something to bring—fresh, new energy to the game. I’m really looking forward to how they all progress afterwards.”

The “Black & Yellow” star said he really wants to collaborate with the up-and-coming acts. "There’s some of them that I’ve already worked with," he revealed, while staying tight lipped. "[But] I’m just looking forward to working with everybody coming up, or at least meeting them and getting to chop it up."

Wiz’s major label debut album, Rolling Papers, is set to fly into stores on March 29 via Atlantic Records. Shortly after he will begin his Green Carpet college tour. Starting on April 1 in Raleigh, N.C., Khalifa will make 16 more stops concluding on April 26 at State College, PA.
