Timbaland & Missy Elliott Announce Comeback LP [VIDEO]

Its official: Timberland and Missy Elliot are back in the studio.  In a video posted on timbalandthursdays.com yesterday (March 1) the duo announced they are currently recording Missy's untitled comeback album .

“For all those of you who are saying Tim and Missy ain’t working together, this is live and proof,” said the super-producer. “We never stopped working, we just figured out how to come back out and what to do.”

The superproducer made it clear that before coming out with his follow up to Shock Value II, that Elliott’s disc is his main priority. “Missy is coming out first so I’m on overload right now," he said.

The Supa Dupa Fly artist spent much of the video discussing Timbo's new sound. “Tim has a crazy record with 'Break Your Back,' he’s finna change hip-hop all over," she said.

As of press time there is no release date for Missy's forthcoming LP.—Michael Naclerio
