Waka Flocka Flame is once again free to roam the streets of Charlotte, North Carolina draped in jewelry. The men allegedly responsible for shooting up the rapper’s tour bus in a botched robbery attempt have been apprehended.

According to the Charlotte Observer, the accused shooters: Andre Sellers, Antoine Washington, Xavier Hoover, David Bellamy, Barry Lawrence and Antonio Stukes were arrested and charged with robbery with a dangerous weapon, conspiracy to commit robbery and two counts of felony shooting into occupied property, over the weekend.

The assailants led police on high-speed chase but were able to escape at first. They were later arrested.

As previously reported, Waka Flocka Flame was at Car Stereo Warehouse last Wednesday to upgrade his system when a group of men drove into the parking lot and opened fire on his tour bus. A gun battle ensued between Flame’s security detail and the suspects.

Stukes, one of the alleged shooters, caught a bullet in the shoulder. His attorney claims he had nothing to do with the crime. “He was an innocent bystander who only went up there to talk to Mr. Waka about getting a record deal,” Adam Seifer told the Observer.
