Lil Wayne has had quite a busy weekend. The rap superstar, who was just released from New York’s Rikers Island jail last Thursday morning (November 4) for gun charges, has been traveling all over the country over the last five days, both for celebratory and legal reasons.

As expected, the first order of business was getting Weezy to Yuma, Arizona to fill out probation papers stemming from a separate 2008 drug arrest. As part of a deal, reached last June, Wayne pled guilty to narcotics possession, which allowed him to remain free from jail by accepting a sentence of three years probation.

TMZ.com learned that under the terms of the agreement, the Grammy-award winning MC will be prohibited from drinking alcohol, consume illegal drugs or consciously associate with any person with a criminal record without consent from the probation department for the next 36 months. He will also be subject to drug and alcohol tests. If he fails to comply with the terms of his probation, he can be ordered back to jail.

Despite the sobering reality check in Arizona, Birdman, Jr. still made his way to the city of sin on Saturday night to join Drake onstage. Young Money president Mack Maine told XXLMag.com in October that Wayne was possibly going to do his first performance on the last stop of Drizzy’s Light Dreams and Nightmares Tour in Las Vegas’s The Joint. Lucky for the attendees of the show he did. To the Canadian star’s surprise, a shirtless Weezy appeared beside him while he was reciting their duet “Miss Me.” [Watch below]

"After the hook of 'Miss Me,' I heard... Wayne's verse,” " Drake told MTV News. “I didn't quite know what was going on. I looked back and there's the man. I jumped higher than I've ever jumped in my entire life."

The following day, the New Orleans native flew to Miami for his “Welcome Home Tunechi” party. Surrounded by his YM family, Rick Ross, Fat Joe and Cool & Dre, Wayne took some time out to talk to MTV about returning to the stage the night before.

"It's unexplainable," he said of the performance. "Words can't explain. I'm good with words and I can't explain. [Watch below] —Elan Mancini
