Eminem will be appearing in a commercial for Lipton Brisk ice-tea during this weekend’s Super Bowl.

According to the New York Post, Lipton paid over $1 million for Em to sign on. A source tells the paper that the ad finds the rap super star appearing as a Claymation character.

In related news, Em appears in XXL’s forthcoming March 2011 issue, along with his new Shady Records signees, Yelawolf and Slaughterhouse. In the issue, hitting stands on February 8, Mr. Mathers speaks on the rebirth of his label. “Slaughterhouse, it’s kinda phase two of Shady,” Em says. “The new generation of Shady Records.” —Elan Mancini
