Kanye West Announces “New Album Coming This Summer”

Kanye West isn’t taking any time off in between releases. While he just dropped his XXL rated, fifth solo album, My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy last November and has plans to put out his collaborative LP with Jay-Z, Watch the Throne, in two months, the Louis Vuitton took to his Twitter account earlier today to announce his new project.

“MY NEW ALBUM COMING THIS SUMMER,” Mr. West wrote, in his signature, all caps.

Yeezy also announced on the popular social networking site that the video for his latest single from MBDTF, “All of the Light,” will be premiering in one week.

In related Kanye news, the rapper/producer extraordinaire will be headlining this year’s Coachella Valley Music & Arts Festival in Indio, California. The three-day event, which will also feature performances by Nas and Damian Marley, Lauryn Hill, Wiz Khalifa, Lil B, Cee Lo Green and Erykah Badu, among others—is set to take place on April 15-17.
