Kanye West is back in the hot seat for his tumultuous relationship with the paparazzi.

According to New York’s Daily News, a photographer named Michael Vazquez, is suing the Louis Vuitton Don as well as his security team for an alleged May 2008 beat down outside a party in mid-town Manhattan.

In the paperwork, he claims West and around 10 unidentified men, “assaulted, battered, beat and threatened” him at the event celebrating the 25th anniversary of the Casion G-Shock watch, which Yeezy was hired to perform at.

"The actions by defendants Kanye West's agents, servants and/or employees was committed with malice," the suit reads.

Vazquez, who was also employed to work at the show, is suing for damages. The exact amount is unknown at press time and both parties have yet to comment on the legal action.

This isn’t the first time West has been accused of getting into a physical altercation with the paparazzi. Back in September 2008, a video leaked online of West and his associate Don “C” Crawley breaking a photographer’s camera in L.A.X.
